Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out (Health & Office)

Location: Brisbane
Salary: $135,000 – $155,000 + Super
Role Type: Permanent

We are working with a growing fit-out contractor that specialises predominantly in healthcare projects, with ongoing office and government work across the sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of repeat clients, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager.

The Initial Project

Your first project will be a mental health facility office fit-out, running for approximately 10 weeks, commencing 16th February.
The scope includes:

• Ceilings
• Partitions (including joinery and glazing)
• Some AC and services connection works
• Strong coordination of trades and consultants

Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to start a couple of weeks prior to get across the business, systems, and processes, however earlier starts can be considered.

About the Role

This is a permanent role with ongoing work beyond the initial project. You’ll be delivering projects within a business that:

• Focuses heavily on healthcare fit-outs
• Also delivers office fit-outs, often linked to health sector clients
• Works closely with government clients, so a solid understanding of rules, regulations, and compliance is essential

You’ll be client-facing, so strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations are critical.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out
• Exposure to healthcare or government projects (highly regarded)
• Confident dealing directly with clients and consultants
• Strong coordination skills across trades and subcontractors
• Good understanding of WHS, compliance, and site reporting
